SMART
GROWTH

Measured, balanced and affordable. Sustainable growth is critical but must be managed so that it is self-supporting and builds upon existing county values without creating new tax burdens for Orange citizens.

Ensure we maintain low taxes.

CAREER & TECHNICAL ED

It is important to continue to build on the Orange County Public School System relationship to navigate through the educational challenges and to bring better education options through Career and Technical training.

Also, I offer strong leadership skills to collaborate with Orange County businesses to pipeline employees from the school system into a promising job market

PUBLIC
SAFETY

Meet the future demands for public safety which means we need to have more paid Fire and EMS personnel.  We need to meet the demand for escalating inflationary prices for equipment and training programs and ensure we are wage competitive with the surrounding localities.

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING

To whom it may concern,
I have known Keith Marshall for over 50 years. Keith grew up in Orange County and has been a successful business owner for many years. During this time Keith has been of good character and a very positive asset to the County. Orange County needs people like Keith in key positions to keep the county from becoming another Northern Virginia suburb and losing the character that makes it so attractive. I don't think you can find a better area to raise a family and escape the difficulties of so many other communities. I would certainly urge everyone to support Keith for a position on the Board of Supervisors.
This would be such a common sense decision that would keep Orange County a place we can all cherish."
